"Use your imagination" was a directive that encouraged me to create from nothing with anything on everything.

My pictures of a cardinal took first prize in a second grade art contest. That first prize was a pack of Juicy Fruit gum that I don't recall savoring or saving.

I do remember the excitement I felt when I learned I had a talent that people enjoyed.

My work is in homes, businesses and churches in the U.S. , Canada and abroad. However, my goal continues to be that of creating art that is enjoyable.
