	THE BEST BLOOMING SHOW IN THE CITY
	May WAAL show at High Road Gallery An all member show with a theme titled THE BEST BLOOMING SHOW IN THE CITY! We hope that the talents of the artists in the league will explore the whole subject of the delights of spring, and all media are welcome. This blooming can be vegetable, floral, vistas or anything else that celebrates life. We may have to close a show before the entry deadline if we have too many entries. So get those entry forms in early. A commission of 10% on sales and artists are paid at take-down. You can volunteer to help with take in and hanging, designing the postcard available to all exhibitors, making the labels for the walls ,and receiving the show entries and recording them. Jayne Hopper has volunteered but we need many more helpers. An entry form for the show will be available March, so be sure to enter early.

Stafford in Worthington Co- Chairs : JAYNE HOPPER and SHARON GROWICK Important Dates: Entry Deadline: April 21 Take In: MONDAY, April 30 6-8 PM Show Dates: May 2 to May 26 Reception: SUNDAY May 6 , 2-4 PM Take Down: SATURDAY May 26, 4-6 PM (No early removal) Entry Information:1 Acceptable media: Works in all painting media, all drawing media, photography, all fine crafts, sculpture. THINK: CELEBRATION OF LIFE 2. Each 2D artist may enter 2 pieces to be judged for awards. 3D artists may enter up to 10 with 2 eligible for award. 3 All art must be original, for sale, and not previously shown at High Road Gallery. Matted prints and cards may also be entered. 4. 2D works should be framed with wire hanging (no sawtooth). 5. Entry fee is $15 per artist made out to WAAL. 6. Entry deadline is APRIL 21. Send Entry early to guarantee your space in the show. High Road Gallery takes a 10% commission on sold pieces. 7. High Road Gallery does not insure artists’ works Reception: Please bring a plate of finger food to share. There will be prizes awarded. Invite friends, neighbors and family to attend.
