Joe Waggenhals

Utilizing my skills as a photographer and combining them with computer technology,  I have created images through my photographs that reflect and accentuate the nuance and beauty of Nature in a variety of natural landscapes and settings.

Joseph is a native of Ashland, Ohio.  He is a self-taught artist who attended Ashland University and Akron University receiving degrees in Education..  He is a contributing member of The Westbridge Camera Club and The Worthington Area Art League.  Joe has traveled extensively in the United States, The Caribbean, and Europe, utilizing these occasions as opportunities that have enhanced his photographic mind’s eye.

Joseph entered juried competitions at The High Road Gallery and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Corporate Headquarters in Worthington, OH.  His works have also appeared in the city of  Columbus as well as regional areas around the state of Ohio.  His photographs have been presented at:  The Michael Orr Galleries, The Motorists Insurance Company, “The Place To Be” a unique restaurant, Eklectic Frames, Celestial Awakenings in Columbus, OH and Michelle’s Gallery in Dublin, OH.  In addition, his works have been displayed at The Upper Arlington Public Library and Covenant Presbyterian Church in Upper Arlington, OH.  Commercial ventures have included Petty’s Hallmark Store in Mansfield, OH, Books Baubles & Brew and currently in The Extraordinary Shoppe in Loudonville, OH.

Every photograph is converted to a digital image and creatively manipulated to generate the best possible piece.  Each work is then digitally reproduced and enhanced by photographic software and printed on an Epson 7500 inkjet printer using Archival Quality Inks that extend picture life.  All completed prints are signed, limited edition prints.

All Images are Copyright Protected and not to be reproduced.  Signed, Mounted & Matted prints are for sale and can be purchased by contacting Joseph Wagenhals by  email jwagenha@columbus.rr.com to complete the sale.
